SHIPPING POLICY
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are specified when placing the order based on the destination. Benefit from our current flat rate of 6 euros and free shipping for purchases over 50 euros.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once payment is received, the estimated delivery time depends on the destination area:
-Peninsular Spain- 24h/48h (working days)
When calculating delivery time you should not count weekends, holidays, or purchases made after 5pm.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You receive the purchase at the shipping address that you have indicated to us. Remember that, if you want, you can indicate a delivery address different from the customer's address. This is very useful in cases where you want to give a gift.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation emailof the purchase and your shipment will immediately leave the warehouse). The selected transport company will be in charge of delivering your order. If no one is home when they deliver it, they will leave you a notification so you can call them and tell them what time and day they can deliver it to you again.
It is important that you leave your phone when registering so that the transport agency can notify you of the delivery of your package.
HOW SHOULD I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
To make a change or return, you always have to contact us for it to be authorized at contact@romyandchic.com. . We will ask the shipping company to pick up the item. When the product arrives at our facilities we will refund it to your credit card.
The products must be in perfect condition, with the label and the corresponding purchase receipt. Otherwise, Romy&Chic reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING WHEN MAKING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
-In case of defects, manufacturing defects or any type of error has been made on our part, the transportation costs incurred are assumed by Romy&Chic even if you have benefited from our free shipping for purchases over 50 euros.
-For purchases over 50 euros, shipping in Mainland Spain is free. If you wish to return a product that is in perfect condition and there is no error on the part of Romy&Chic, the transport costs incurred for the return (in this case €6), will be discountedfrom the payment of the product.
-If you have not benefited from our free shipping due to having made a purchase of less than 50 euros, the costs They will be included in what you paid as a shipping feewhich will not be returned in the purchase amount that we refund to you.
You have 15 days to return or exchange your product.
